Rainstar padded towards the fresh-kill pile, which was burtsing with greenleaf prey. SHe picked out a fat thrush and began to gnaw on the wing.

The gray she cat padded over to the fresh-kill pile with a bit of a skip in her step. She certainly was in a good mood. She placed her two small and one larger fish in the fresh kill pile. She then chose a nice vole for herself. "Mornin' Rainstar!" she mewed cheerily.

Rainstar sighed, "Yes. Soon it will be leaf-fall, then leaf-bare." She licked her jaws, savoring the flavor of her thrush. "But RainClan is strong and will survive."

(We reply to the thread like once a month XD) Rainstar glanced up at her deputy. "Greetings Frozenstream, how are you?" She yawned lazily, showing her sharp white teeth. "Yes, it is. Though it has been rather quiet lately. I wonder where my apprentice has gone. Hopefully he hasn't wandered into FeatherClan again!" (I think it was FeatherClan. . . Im losing my mind  ) |
