Rainstar opened her mouth and drank in the scents of the territory, her territory. She was leader of RainClan, her Clan looked up to her for guidance. It could be lonely at times though, and difficult. Making hard decisions could lead her Clan to survival, or destruction.
She sighed, then shook her large head trying to clear the thoughts away. "I'll just head to the stream for a fish or two," she meowed to herself.
Rainstar padded towards the stream, then layed down on the pebbley shore, soaking in the sun. It was nice today, there were no clouds in sight that would threaten the giant sun's warmth, and there was enough prey to feed her entire (small) Clan. Life was pretty good at the moment, no fights with the other Clans, no ill cats, no injured cats, and full bellies.
She closed her eyes slowly, she was rather drowsy and the sun felt so good against her pelt. Before she knew it she was snoring softly beside the playful stream.

(time to ruin the moment >;D) Redpaw darted through the territory, send leaves and such flying everywhere. He {loudly} climb up a tree. "Incoming!" He yowled and did a sort of cannonball type thing into the stream, unaware that doing this would most likely drench his leader. "Whoo hoo!" He cheered as he burst out of the water. There was a time for work, and a time for play...

(rofl XD you sure kno how to!) Rainstar leaped away as a wave of water crashed over her. She looked up to see her apprentice paddling around like an idiot. "Redpaw!" She snapped, shaking her pelt to get the water off. "Your going to get it now!" Rainstar mewed playfully. She knew she sounded like an apprentice but she didn't care, Redpaw needed to be taught a lesson.
Rainstar jumped in after the small tom and grasped his tail in her jaws. She pulled him with her easily back to shore. "You most likely scared every single fish in the stream the way you jumped in!" She sat down and licked her paw. "Besides," she added teasingly. "Your cannonball was all wrong. It seems I still have much to teach you, you fluff-for-brains."
Rainstar purred, it had been a while since she goofed off like this.

He shook water out of his fur. He was a bit surprised to hear stuff like this out of his leader, but then again Blueleaf always did say he could brighten up anyone day in the blink of an eye. "Oh yeah? Well if your the cannonball expert, let's see you do one!"

"Fine, watch carefully now young one!" Rainstar puts on her "Rainstar is not amused" face (lawl) and pads to a high rock that jutts out over the stream. "Watch and learn kit!" She ran off the rock and rolled herself into a ball, then landed with a loud SPLOOSH in the stream, sending water droplets everywhere. She swan gracefully back to the shore and shook herself dry. "See?" (XD yeah what now?!)

(lawlz) "Ha. I can do that every day of the moon." He boasted jokingly. But then again there was a time for work... sigh. Although with Rainstar it would be fun. "So um... Do we need to train or hunt sometime today?"

"If you want to we can train now we'd fish but umm, i think our stream jumping scared off the fish." Rainstar purred, all her worries had dissappeared now, thanks to her always lively apprentice.

Rainstar didn't speak but ran at Redpaw full speed and swiped a forepaw out beside her as she ran, hoping to knock Redpaw down by tripping him.

"Oof." The ginger tom mewed after he slumped to the ground. "Ha ha well I'm slow. Should have saw that one coming..." He quickly got back up and hopped from side to side, trying to make her think he was awaiting an attack, but in reality... Redpaw rushes forward and lunges for her back. If he landed on her shoulders he might be able to knock her off balance.

Rainstar narrowed her eyes as her apprentice started jumping like a rabbit. Is he going to attack? SHe let out a mrrow of laughter and got ready to spring if he tried to unbalance her, she knew this move, it was taught to her later in her apprenticeship so it was odd to see her new apprentice using it without being trained to do so.
He's rather smart! She thought, but she kept focused on Redpaw intently, waiting for him to try it so she could see how he did it.
